MSL's unique online customer web portal allows clients 24
hour access to their ongoing reactive and planned
maintenance projects and quoted works via the secure web
site.
The ongoing and historical project listings allow a single
view of all information in the system with further facilities
to filter and sort works by numerous criteria such as date,
property and status. Each project can be drilled down to
see all the information allocated to the project and the
current status of works.
All client enquiries and engineer updates are logged to the
relevant project as they come into the helpdesk ensuring
that no telephone call or detail of the job are missed.
The MSL customer web portal provides customers with full
transparency on the progress of reactive or planned
maintenance visits.
