 Small Works
MSL offer additional small works services to complement the nationwide property maintenance services. Small works
are smaller short term project works which may include:
Upon initial instruction our estimating team would produce a quotation for
all works required. Once the quotation is approved our project management team in conjunction with
our in-house health and safety officer produce all necessary risk assessment forms, method statements,
site assessments and a full schedule of work. The project team then deal with all regulations and
local building control as and where needed.
