Management Information
MSL’s management information package provides
customers with up to date information which helps them
manage their maintenance expenditure in a more time
effective manner.
The system enables customer management information
reports and charts to be generated for the following areas;
- Number of jobs logged by month
- Number of jobs and spend by response times
- Number of jobs and spend by trade
- Property spend hierachy
This information provides customers with analysis of how
and where maintenance spend is being incurred and
highlights for example; potential problem properties that
are spending more than usual on maintenance for their
size and location and, the cost effective use of the
appropriate response time.
Crucially the MSL management information package also
includes results of customer satisfaction surveys and
performance KPI’s, which give customers an objective
assessment of MSL’s performance.
