Eurosafe UK

MSL Property Care Services have been assessed as CDM Competent by Eurosafe UK.

Many customers, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 only appoint contractors who are able to demonstrate that they have the resources and competency to execute their roles with regard to health and safety.

MSL scored very highly overall but in particular on the Health and Safety Policy, Risk Assessments, First Aid and the appointment of partner contractors.
